Learn moreEarthwise Packaging warrants the Earthwise Packaging-branded hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Earthwise Packaging's guidelines for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser ("Warranty Period"). Additional coverage includes one (1) year on the SST System Machine and the SST SE Machine, one (1) year on the laptop computer and printer, and one (1) year on all 3D printed steamheads (both V1 and V2), water bottle caps, and star nuts.

If you encounter any issues during the Warranty Period, we will repair your product with high-quality new or refurbished parts or replace it with a functional equivalent. Our straightforward process ensures minimal disruption, including easy replacement of user-installable parts.

One primary hazard is the potential for overheating the shrink film. Applying excessive heat can lead to burn holes in the film, undermining the integrity of the seal around the product and compromising the protective barrier.
Shrink wrap labels typically cover only the central portion of a container, whereas shrink sleeves envelop the entire container from just below the cap threads to the base, providing a comprehensive labeling solution.
While a heat gun can be used due to its higher temperatures, both it and a hair dryer are generally inefficient and less precise compared to using the SST Shrink Sleeve Machine, which offers even heat distribution and optimal shrink quality without the risk of damaging the sleeve.
